Appointment setting
Walk-throughs on your calendar, not names on a list
Every lead we deliver has already agreed to a site visit or a quote. You are picking a time, not selling a meeting. That is the difference between an appointment and a phone number.
In short
Commercial cleaning appointment setting means booking site walk-throughs with facility decision makers on a cleaning contractor's behalf. Buzzed Leads only delivers contacts who have already agreed to meet or to receive a quote, exclusively to one contractor, with the building size, incumbent cleaner and reason for switching attached.

The difference between a lead and an appointment
Appointment setting is sold as a separate service by most providers, usually at a higher price. We treat willingness to meet as part of qualification rather than as an upgrade, because a contact who will not take a walk-through is not a lead in the first place.
| A contact | A lead | An appointment | |
|---|---|---|---|
| You have | Name and number | Name, need and building detail | All of that, plus a time |
| Your first job | Get past the gatekeeper | Persuade them to meet | Confirm and prepare |
| Typical outcome | Most never answer | Some agree to meet | Most meetings happen |
| What we deliver | No | Yes | Yes |
How the appointment gets set
We do not book into your calendar behind your back, and we do not pressure someone into a slot to hit a number. Both produce appointments that evaporate.
- Establish the triggerA specific, current problem or an expiring contract. Without one there is nothing to meet about.
- Confirm authorityThe contact can sign or directly recommends who does.
- Get explicit agreementThey say yes to a walk-through or a written quote, in their own words, and we record what they said.
- Hand it to you warmYou call to fix the exact time. That first contact being from you, not from a third party, is what makes the meeting stick.
No-shows, and who carries them
Some will still fall through. Someone gets pulled into a crisis, a building changes hands, a manager leaves. That is normal and it is not your problem to pay for.
If a contact who agreed to meet will not then engage at all, it has failed the standard. Tell us within five business days and it is replaced or refunded, at your choice. What we ask in return is the note explaining what happened, because a pattern of no-shows in one building type is information we can act on.
No, deliberately. We confirm the prospect has agreed to a walk-through or a quote and hand you the record within minutes; you make a short call to fix the exact time. Appointments booked by a third party the contractor has never spoken to no-show far more often, and that two-minute call is what makes the meeting stick.
