What this covers

These terms govern your use of this website. The supply of leads is governed by the separate written agreement we sign with you. Where the two differ, that agreement controls.

What a qualified lead means

We bill only for leads that meet the standard agreed with you in writing: the contact holds or directly influences the vendor decision; the site is inside your agreed service area; it meets your stated minimum size; there is a genuine, current reason they are reviewing vendors; and the lead is delivered to you and to no one else.

Replacement and refund

If a delivered lead falls outside that standard, tell us within five business days of delivery. We will replace it or refund it, at your choice. We may ask for the call notes or email that show why it fell short — not to argue, but because that is how the targeting improves.

Exclusivity

Every lead is delivered to one company only and is never resold. We also cap how many cleaning companies we work with in a given metro. We will tell you your market’s status before you commit.

No guarantee of outcome

We guarantee the quality and exclusivity of the leads we deliver. We do not guarantee that you will win any particular contract — closing depends on your pricing, your response time, and your sales process, all of which are yours to control.

Payment and cancellation

You pay per delivered lead. There is no retainer, no minimum volume, and no fixed term. You may stop at any time; leads already delivered remain yours and remain payable.

Figures shown on this site are indicative and may be updated. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance; a rate becomes binding only when we confirm it to you in writing for your market.
