What we collect

When you complete the enquiry form on this site we collect your name, work email, phone number, company name, service area, target lead volume, and revenue range. We collect this because you asked us to quote a per-lead rate, and we cannot do that without it.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, to prepare a rate for your market, and to contact you about the service you asked about. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with other cleaning companies.

Who we share it with

Only the vendors that operate this business on our behalf — our email provider, our CRM, and our scheduling tool — and only to the extent they need it to do that job. They are contractually barred from using your information for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

For as long as you are a client, and for a reasonable period afterwards for tax and record-keeping purposes. If you were never a client and asked us not to keep in touch, we delete your details.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Email hello@buzzedleads.com and we will action it. You can unsubscribe from any email we send using the link in that email.
