In short
Buzzed Leads sells exclusive commercial cleaning and janitorial leads, one per contractor, billed per delivery with no retainer or contract. Leads are qualified on decision authority, a live reason to switch, area and size fit, and willingness to take a walk-through, and are replaced or refunded if they miss that standard.
- Exclusivity
- One contractor per lead, never resold
- Commitment
- No retainer, no minimum, cancel any time
- Guarantee
- Replaced or refunded within 5 business days
- Coverage
- United States, capped per metro
No. Every lead goes to one cleaning company and is never sold again. This is the main difference between us and a marketplace. Their business only works if they sell the same enquiry several times over. Ours only works if you win the job.
